🌿 Barefoot on Country: Grounded – 3-Night Women’s Nature Immersion 19–22 March 2026 A trauma-informed, nature-led somatic experience designed to reconnect your mind, body, spirit and Country. Barefoot on Country: Grounded is a 3-night, 4-day women’s camping immersion held on sacred land in the Northern Rivers / Scenic Rim region. This is not a retreat — it’s an experience that changes the way you move through the world. Created for women ready to experience somatic practices and energy activations , breathwork, intuitive movement, cultural connection, circle work, and nature-led practices. You’ll learn how to regulate your nervous system, reconnect with your intuition, and build a deeper, more respectful relationship with Country. Every day is guided by the land itself — the weather, the wind, the waterways, the wildlife. Nothing is forced and everything is an invitation.
