🌿 Earth Medicine Circle — Grounding, Regulation & Connection to Country A 3-hour somatic and earth-led healing experience in Brisbane (Kobble Creek) to calm your nervous system and reconnect with Mother Earth. Slow down, breathe deeply, and come back into your body in this grounding 3-hour circle held at Creative Roots Studio in Kobble Creek — on Brisbane’s north side, on the sacred Land of the Snake. This is a space where Country, spirit, and body meet. The Earth Medicine Circle helps you reconnect with the grounding energy of the earth and the deep wisdom that has supported wellbeing on this land for thousands of generations. Through guided meditation, somatic grounding practices, breathwork, and energy activations, you’ll settle your nervous system, release stored tension, and return to a more regulated state. Please note that no refunds are offered, however, the amount paid can be redeemed as a gift card or credit towards another workshop, session, or experience of equal value. Reschedule requests made within 72 hours of the event cannot be accommodated, as preparations and materials are finalised in advance.
