Cancellation Policy
Terms and Conditions for Intuitive Healing Sessions. This includes all services provided by Aimee Clark. Welcome to Aimee Clark’s Intuitive Healing Sessions. To ensure a clear understanding of our agreement, please review the terms and conditions below. By booking a session or purchasing a session package, you agree to the following terms: Session Package Usage The 3-session package must be used within 8 weeks from the date of the first session. All sessions not used within the 8 week period will be forfeited, and no refunds or extensions will be provided. Booking and Rescheduling Sessions must be booked in advance and are subject to availability. To reschedule a session, at least 48 hours’ notice is required. Rescheduling requests made with less than 48 hours’ notice may result in the session being forfeited. Cancellations If you need to cancel a session, please provide at least 48 hours’ notice. Sessions cancelled with less than 48 hours’ notice will be considered used and will not be refunded or rescheduled. Extensions and Refunds Extensions may be granted beyond the 8 week period in consultation with Aimee Clark. Refunds are not available for unused sessions or cancellations. Late Arrivals If you arrive late for a session, the session will still end at the scheduled time, and the full session fee will apply. Confidentiality All information shared during sessions is confidential and will not be disclosed to any third party without your consent, except as required by law. Wellbeing and Medical Conditions These sessions are not a substitute for medical or psychological treatment. If you have a medical or mental health condition, please consult with your healthcare professional before participating. By participating, you acknowledge that you are responsible for your own physical and emotional wellbeing. Payment Payment for all sessions are required in advance to secure your appointment, including the 3 session package. All sessions must be paid for at the time of booking. By purchasing or attending Healing Sessions, you agree to these terms and conditions. These terms may be updated from time to time, and any changes will be communicated prior to taking effect.
