THE SOMATIC THERAPY JOURNEY
Embodied Processing is an evidence-informed, integrative, and holistic approach to embodied transformation, designed to work with the whole human from the bottom up, top-down, and inside out.

Practitioners incorporate and draw inspiration from many cutting-edge modalities and neuroscientists, including Somatic Experiencing (SE), Polyvagal Theory (Stephen Porges), NeuroAffective Relational Model (NARM), NeuroAffective Touch (NATouch), Internal Family Systems (IFS), The Diamond Approach (Open-Ended Inquiry), Compassionate Inquiry (CI), and more.

EP is a somatic and psycho-spiritual modality grounded in the latest neuroscience and ancient healing traditions. The process helps us draw on the body’s innate intelligence to discharge stress, heal, and return to homeostasis. By guiding ourselves and our clients to meet ourselves at the roots, exactly as we are, transformation happens on its own.
ABOUT TRAUMA INFORMED BREATHWORK
THE BREATHWORK JOURNEY
Clients will embark on a transformative journey of self-discovery and healing during a breathwork session at Intuitive Healing.
As you settle into a comfortable position and focus on your breath, I guide you through specific conscious breathing techniques designed to unlock the body's natural healing abilities. Clients release tension, trauma, and stagnant energy stored within their bodies with each inhale and exhale. As the breath deepens, emotions may surface, allowing for profound emotional release and catharsis.

I provide gentle guidance and support throughout the session, creating a safe and nurturing space for clients to explore their subconscious, limiting beliefs and feelings. By the end of the session, clients often report feeling lighter, more grounded, and deeply connected to themselves.
